(1) Air cooling is a very different way of cooling from water cooling

At the same time, wind cooling can handle molds with temperatures higher than 100 ° C, and the cooling speed can be easily controlled by adjusting the flow rate of gas. (2) Oil cooling is also an optional cooling method

Oil cooling mainly uses the fluidity and heat conduction properties of oil to take away the heat of the mold. Due to the high boiling point of oil, it is not easy to produce safety hazards such as steam explosion, so oil cooling has certain advantages in some specific occasions. However, oil cooling also has some disadvantages, such as the viscosity of the oil is large, it is easy to block in the pipeline, and it needs regular cleaning and maintenance.

(3) Heat pipe cooling is also an advanced cooling technology

Heat pipe cooling uses the working medium inside the heat pipe to absorb and release heat during evaporation and condensation, thus achieving efficient heat transfer. Heat pipe cooling has the advantages of high heat transfer efficiency, compact structure, no external power, etc., especially suitable for injection molds with high cooling effect requirements. However, the cost of heat pipe cooling technology is high, and the requirements for operation and maintenance are relatively high.
