What are the injection molding processes for plastic products?

Plastic injection molding process mainly includes the following steps:

First, raw material pretreatment:

(1) Material selection: Select plastic raw materials that meet the requirements of the product and have stable performance.
(2) Preheating and drying: remove the moisture in the raw material, improve the fluidity of the plastic, and prevent the formation of pores.

Second, mold preparation:

Third, molding operation:
