1. Molding system

The cooling water channel is distributed around the mold cavity, and the heat of the mold is taken away by circulating the cooling liquid. The water pipe connector is used to connect the coolant source and the cooling channel; The temperature control device is used to precisely control the mold temperature.

5. Exhaust system

The exhaust system is used to discharge the gas when the plastic melt fills the cavity to avoid defects such as bubbles and burning on the surface of the product. It is usually composed of exhaust grooves, exhaust holes, etc., and is designed in the parting surface, core and cavity of the mold.
